POSITION DESCRIPTION:

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the property management team for administrative follow-up (leases, documents, suppliers, etc.) Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean Follow up on move-ins and move-outs Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary Manage calls, emails and correspondence Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager Respond to customer service requests Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.) Welcome and respond to tenant requests with courtesy and professionalism

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingualism is an asset Experience in an administrative position or in property management (an asset)
