We're looking for a
Studio Sales & Experience Manager
who understands how to sell and deliver
premium experiences
--someone with the mindset of high-end hospitality, the drive of a top performer, and the passion to build a thriving, engaged community.
About the Role
As the Studio Sales & Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Driving Membership Growth
: Lead local marketing efforts, manage the full sales pipeline, and consistently exceed sales goals.
Delivering a Luxury Client Experience
: Ensure every guest feels valued, welcomed, and cared for from the first interaction onward.
Building & Leading a Team
: Recruit, train, and inspire a front desk sales team that mirrors our premium service culture.
Managing Studio Operations
: Oversee scheduling, studio flow, cleanliness, and presentation--all to the highest standard.
Engaging the Community
: Foster member retention through VIP events, referral programs, and relationship-driven strategies.
This role is
equal parts sales leader, hospitality expert, and community builder
--perfect for someone who thrives on making clients feel seen, valued, and invested in their wellness journey.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Premium Sales & Service
: Minimum 2+ years in boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, high-end retail, private clubs, or spa/wellness.
Proven Sales Ability
: A strong closer with a track record of selling premium memberships, packages, or services.
Luxury Service Mindset
: You anticipate client needs, create memorable touchpoints, and deliver a five-star experience every time.
Leadership & Coaching Skills
: Comfortable managing a sales team, holding people accountable, and building a positive studio culture.
Community Builder
: Skilled in creating engagement strategies that keep members connected--online and in person.
Organized & Business-Minded
: Able to track KPIs, manage studio operations, and balance big-picture goals with daily execution.
