Job Description

The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store business, including strategy and the development of their people. Managers will be given feedback on a regular basis to encourage personal growth. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on the manager's experience and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

COACHING, DEVELOPMENT, INSPIRATION

Develop people through our core values Hold the team accountable for results and have crucial conversations when needed Develop a strategy to build a strong pipeline of leaders Develop strategies and in-store initiatives to meet business objectives Manage team performance with ongoing coaching Provide timely feedback on sales plans and key performance indicators Manage the store schedule in a way that supports business trends (labour management) Know and understand the corporate story/vision and be able to inspire the team
