About the Role:
As an
Sales and Finance Manager Trainee
, you'll manage warm inbound leads, guide customers through the digital car-buying journey, and receive hands-on training in dealership operations. Our
Training Program
is designed to fast-track your path into a
Manager
position.
What You'll Do:
Own the Customer Journey:
Guide buyers from initial inquiry to final delivery--all online
Manage the Pipeline:
Handle 125+ monthly leads (split between prime and nonprime customers)
Close with Confidence:
Use proven sales strategies and objection-handling to drive results
Structure Financing Deals:
Work with top lenders to get customers approved and funded
Master the Business:
Learn how to run a team and operate a dealership from the ground up:
Inventory sourcing & pricing
Lead conversion strategy
Lender communication & compliance
ESA & industry compliance
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years in customer service or sales
Strong Phone Skills
Strong Texting/Email Skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Able to handle fast pressure environments
Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
Passion for cars is a bonus
Must work on-site at our
Etobicoke
facility
OMVIC license required
(or willing to obtain within your first 30 days)
