Position Title - Welding Products Technical Sales Associate

Position Classification - Permanent / Full time

As a Welding Products Technical Sales Associate, you will focus on ensuring successful product implementation, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience in select geographical and industry/market segments, primarily North America and automotive. You MUST have a strong technical background with knowledge of welding products, automation, and industrial applications (IoT, Industry 4.0, etc.).

Serves as the primary welding products technical resource for customers regarding product applications. Conducts product demonstrations, training sessions, and field trials to ensure optimal use of Nasarc's products and systems. Collaborates with engineering and R&D teams to address customer requirements and feedback. Assists in evaluating new product features and supporting product development initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks and background requirements:

Available to travel as required,

MUST

be able to travel to USA, Mexico and internationally. Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and online support systems. Comfortable with hands-on technical work and customer interaction.

Ideal Candidate:

Pay close attention to details. Can plan, prioritize and execute tasks. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills. Technical background in welding products, automation or robotics. An understanding of industrial manufacturing and production lines. University-level education in welding engineering, manufacturing technology, or related field.
