The
Technical Sales Associate
is responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with regard to order taking, products, deliveries and overall service. This position offers long-term advancement for the right person.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to walk-in customer inquiries, orders and quotes in a helpful, effective manner
Respond to and process incoming calls, orders and online orders
Help customers by providing solutions, identifying product(s) the customer requires and making technical recommendations
Process sales receipts, invoices, orders, quotations, special orders and back orders through computer system
Assist with receiving goods, labeling and putting incoming stock away
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the jewellery trade
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Enjoys working with people; demonstrated desire to deliver customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
