is a breathtaking lakeview winery and wedding venue located in Summerland, BC. Family-owned and passionately operated, we specialize in creating unforgettable celebrations surrounded by vines, mountains, and lake views.

We're seeking an experienced Wedding Coordinator to act as our exclusive contracted coordinator for all weddings hosted at the vineyard. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and has her own team to assist with setup and takedown.

Role Overview:

The Wedding Coordinator will work directly with couples to guide them through the planning process and ensure seamless execution on the wedding day. This includes managing communication, tours, and timelines, as well as overseeing venue setup and takedown (tables & chairs).

Responsibilities:

Respond to wedding inquiries via email and provide property information Conduct venue tours and assist couples through the booking process Prepare and send venue contracts Lead wedding rehearsals Create and manage detailed day-of timelines Oversees vendor arrivals and setup on the wedding day. Ensure couples have valid day-of insurance Connect couples directly with our in-house chef for menu planning Oversee setup/takedown of venue chairs, tables, wine glasses, and rentals Maintain professional communication and uphold Vows & Vines standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding or event coordination preferable Must have your own reliable setup/takedown team Excellent organization and communication skills Comfortable leading couples through planning, rehearsals, and event day execution Ability to manage multiple events and tight timelines Familiarity with the Okanagan wedding industry is an asset
