The Website Manager plays a critical role in Prophix digital marketing strategy, working closely with Demand Generation, Brand/Content and Creative Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, and others to build and improve the Prophix website and related digital properties. This role requires a high level of collaboration to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Website Manager is the owner of the Prophix corporate website and will lead the creation of compelling website experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective customers. The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the role our website plays in our overall go-to-market strategy and the key levers that can improve traffic, user experience, and conversion on the site. They must possess effective collaboration and project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and strong CMS management skills.

What You Will Do at Prophix

  • Be Marketing's "owner" of the Prophix.com website and related digital properties, implementing, managing, monitoring, and improving the company's web presence
  • Ensure that the corporate website reflects our key messages and our brand identity, delivers a high-quality, engaging and converting experience for our key buyer and influencer audiences, and conforms to best practices in website fundamentals such as UX, responsiveness, load times, security, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy, evolving messaging, upcoming events and campaigns, and other corporate initiatives
  • Manage website backlog, working with marketing leadership to prioritize projects and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant information and outdated content
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to improve engagement and conversion on the site
  • Create and execute design and content enhancements using Craft CMS, managing output to a high level of quality
  • Review the corporate Google Analytics account on a regular basis and take a data-driven approach to improving website performance metrics and growing the subscriber base
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Continue to improve domain rank and load speed through application of best practices
  • Collaborate with counterparts in paid search and marketing operations
  • Develop deep, collaborative relationships with marketing, sales, product, and customer-facing colleagues to ensure we have maximized the impact of our website
What You Will Bring to Prophix

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree/certificate in digital marketing, computer science, IT, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a website manager
  • Experience in B2B technology (e.g. SaaS) marketing is required
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Expert knowledge of Wordpress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and best practices, functional knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, web design/UX skills
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Familiarity using project management applications such as wrike.com to respond to web requests and initiate web projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • A team player with strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Dynamic, articulate, well-spoken, with strong written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills (planning & organizing) to set priorities and meet goals
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, deadline-driven environment. You are comfortable shifting priorities to address changing needs, exhibit grace under pressure, and do whatever it takes to meet critical due dates
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada, and/or internationally, and have a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of financial or accounting software preferred
  • Experience with Craft CMS, Vidyard, Eloqua, Drift, Chilipiper, Smartling are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Eloqua) systems is preferred
