A Consulting Engineering firm with offices in Ontario requires a Web Developer to work with the IT team at its administrative office in Toronto. The selected candidate will assist in developing custom and proprietary web applications to fit internal needs. We need a highly motivated candidate with very strong knowledge of web application development tools and a flare to learn. Technical Skills \xef\x82\xb7 2+ years of experience as full stack application developer \xef\x82\xb7 Strong skills in C#, ASP.Net, and ASP MVC \xef\x82\xb7 Strong skills in JavaScript, JQuery, Angular and AJAX \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with HTML and CSS \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with .Net 4.0+ Framework and Visual Studio 2012 \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of android app development will be an asset \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with relational databases and T-SQL development \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility pitfalls, primarily with IE, Firefox, and Chrome \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with SQL server 2008 databases.
