About the Role
As our
Website Specialist & Administrator
, you'll help keep our websites and ERP system operating smoothly and efficiently. Pitch in across the team when needed; we thrive on collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance & Updates:
Update content, imagery, and pricing on multiple websites.
Ensure site accuracy and consistency across platforms.Collaborate with internal teams to implement content changes and promotions.
Utilize the staging environment to update plugins and themes on our websites.
Site UI/UX customizations and user support.
Quality Assurance & Bug Tracking:
Conduct routine QA checks on websites and ERP systems to ensure proper functionality.Identify, document, and escalate bugs or technical issues to senior IT staff.
Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to resolve minor issues as needed.
ERP System Support:
Assist in optimizing and improving the user experience with our Odoo ERP system.
Gather user feedback and propose enhancements to the system interface and workflows.
Perform routine data updates and monitor system performance.
Other Duties:
Support ad-hoc IT projects as needed.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of changes and procedures.
You're a Great Fit If You:
You are detail-obsessed and love solving puzzles.
You are familiar with Google Workspace and general technical best practices.
Communicate clearly, both in person, online, and over the phone.
You understand, and/or have a willingness to learn about various systems (web applications, SPAs, ERP & operating systems).
Bonus: You're into bikes or curious to dive into the world of high-end cycling gear.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Computer science degree or equivalent
Significant experience managing multiple websites in a
production environment
Proficiency and understanding of analytics & SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console, etc., is a plus.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or Odoo.
PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, VS Code, GitHub, or similar platforms is a plus.
You've worked with a ticket-based helpdesk system like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
Proficiency with data analysis using spreadsheets and/or data visualization tools.
