1. Training of new employees
xefx82xb7 Welcome and support new employees during their integration.
xefx82xb7 Facilitate training sessions on identification procedures, tools and logistical best practices.
xefx82xb7 Ensure the development of the skills of new recruits at their workstations.2. Employee Skills Development
xefx82xb7 Train teams on new procedures and updates to logistics processes.
xefx82xb7 Observe and evaluate employees to identify areas for improvement.
xefx82xb7 Adapt teaching methods according to the needs and levels of each individual.3. Monitoring and evaluation of training courses
xefx82xb7 Perform tests and simulations to validate what they have learned.
xefx82xb7 Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to employees.
xefx82xb7 Identify training needs and propose appropriate action plans.4. Compliance with standards and continuous improvement
xefx82xb7 Ensure strict application of safety instructions and quality standards.
xefx82xb7 Collaborate with team leaders and process assistants to optimize training processes.
xefx82xb7 Participate in the continuous improvement of training methods and materials.Qualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial
production.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Ability to manage a large team and drive performance.
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practicesSummary
