Precision Aviation Group is a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace industry with 28 sales and services facilities located throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Singapore & Australia, and the UK. A position has become available at our Surrey, BC, Canada facility for a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our small and energetic team on a full time basis.

Your responsibilities will include;

Assist with prompt processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Inspection & Receipt of purchase orders on to ERP system.

Process and organize both domestic & international shipments electronically.

Working closely with sales staff to arrange the picking, packing and shipment of orders to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

Organize and maintain inventory and the warehouse to ensure a safe, clean and functional working area

Maintain inventory by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data.

The successful applicant will demonstrate;

Previous experience and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems (Previous experience in the Automotive, heavy machinery or Aviation experience advantageous)

Knowledge & understanding of warehouse safety

Be self-motivated, hands on and enjoy working with people at all levels

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using emails, MS Office and basic inventory operating systems.

DG Training and Forklift Training highly beneficial not mandatory
