Crossmount Cider Company is seeking an organized, dependable Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee product movement, inventory, and daily warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse coordination, deliveries, and cellar support. The role ensures cider moves efficiently from production through packaging to delivery maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production schedules. This position has potential to grow into a larger role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics
Oversee receiving, storage, and organization of raw materials and packaging
Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and raw supplies
Track and report stock levels, notifying management when reordering is required
Coordinate outgoing shipments and manage delivery schedules
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse and loading areas
Ensure safe and efficient use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and handling equipment
Cellar & Production Support
Assist cider makers with cellar tasks, including transfers, racking, and cleaning
Support packaging operations (kegging, canning, labeling) as required
Maintain cleaning standards for tanks, hoses, and general production areas
Delivery & Logistics
Deliver products locally as required (Class 5 licence required)
Load and unload deliveries; ensure accurate documentation
Maintain delivery logs and assist with route optimization when applicable
Administration & Communication
Track and report inventory and movement to management
Collaborate with production team to align stock levels with packaging schedules
Identify and recommend operational improvements in logistics or inventory flow
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or beverage operations
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence and clean abstract
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable with moderate physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs - 140lbs kegs)
Proficient with basic spreadsheets or inventory software
Forklift experience or certification an asset
