The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

who will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and the smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a growing environment, and leads with accountability and energy. You'll play a critical part in ensuring our products -- from aesthetic devices to consumables -- are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records in alignment with ERP/CRM systems (Zoho, etc.). Conduct cycle counts and manage stock reconciliations to minimize variances. Oversee packaging, labeling, and inspection of equipment and consumables.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and carrier requirements. Manage relationships with shipping vendors and freight forwarders to optimize cost and delivery performance. Track and communicate shipment status to internal teams and partners. Support trade show logistics and product movements across Canadian territories.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

Supervise warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards. Develop and implement SOPs to improve workflow, safety, and productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Service, and Sales teams to forecast and plan inventory needs.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and MDSAP/ISO procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications & Attributes

3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations supervision. Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics systems. ERP experience (Zoho, SAP, or similar) preferred. Forklift license and WHMIS certification are assets. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Hands-on, proactive, and dependable -- with great energy, attitude, and mindset!
