We are seeking a passionate Instructor to join our team at Groove Academy in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in inspiring students and helping them achieve their musical goals while contributing to our mission of excellence in music education.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective music lessons tailored to students' skill levels. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for performances and exams. Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum materials. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress. Promote a love for music within the community. Support school events and recitals as needed.
