We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as

Game Masters

. In this role, you'll help guide players through our world-class VR experiences, ensuring safety, fun, and smooth gameplay for every guest.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Guide Guests:

Greet customers warmly and provide an overview of the Zero Latency VR experience. Help first-time players feel comfortable and excited before entering the arena.

Run Game Sessions:

Lead safety briefings, set up players with VR gear, monitor live sessions, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Provide Technical Support:

Assist with headset and controller setup, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and maintain all VR equipment in proper working condition.

Host Group Events:

Manage private bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events by coordinating schedules and providing an energetic, professional atmosphere.

Maintain the Play Area:

Keep the VR arena and prep zones organized, clean, and ready for each session.

Engage & Energize:

Deliver each session with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude that enhances the guest experience.

Support Operations:

Assist with opening and closing duties, basic equipment maintenance, and reporting any technical issues.

Preferred Experience:

1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment Experience with gaming, technology, or youth engagement is a strong asset Comfortable presenting to groups and managing multiple players at once
