We are currently in the process of building an innovative new facility in Vaughan that will showcase our pioneering Free Roam VR technology. Your Role: Game Master


As a Game Master, you will be the face of Zero Latency's VR experience, guiding customers through their journey from start to finish. You'll manage the entire player experience, from greeting them upon arrival to ensuring they're immersed in a seamless, exciting VR experience. Your role is not just about game facilitation - it's about delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining safety and excitement. Primary Responsibilities



Customer Greeting and Check-In:

Welcome guests to Zero Latency Vaughan with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Guide them through the check-in process and assist with suit-up procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into their experience.

Safety Briefings:

Deliver clear, engaging, and informative safety briefings to ensure all players understand the rules, equipment, and safety protocols before entering the VR arena.

Game Session Management:

Lead in-game sessions by providing assistance, maintaining game flow, ensuring player engagement, and resolving any gameplay issues. Safety is always your first priority.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Identify, troubleshoot, and document any technical issues that arise during gameplay, ensuring minimal disruption to the experience.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain and care for VR gear, ensuring it is in top working condition for every game session.

Team Support:

Assist site leaders with various duties, including venue operations, event execution, and general team collaboration.

Merchandise Sales:

Engage with customers to recommend and sell Zero Latency-branded merchandise.

Venue Operations:

Participate in the opening and closing of the venue, ensuring everything is ready for the day's operations and that the venue is secured at the end of each shift.

Who You Are



Customer Service Pro:

With at least 2 years of experience in customer service within the entertainment or hospitality industry, you're comfortable handling a wide range of customer needs and requests.

People Person:

You have a natural ability to engage with customers, managing their excitement and ensuring they have the best possible experience, even in high-pressure situations.

Problem Solver:

Able to resolve challenges quickly and calmly while keeping customers engaged and excited.

Excellent Communicator:

Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging presentation style that ensures customers are informed, entertained, and immersed in the experience.

Team Player:

Whether in small or large groups, you thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.

Goal-Oriented:

Experience working towards individual and team KPIs, with a focus on performance, customer satisfaction, and operational success.

Working Hours


This is a , part-time position with an average of 20 hours per week. Flexible availability required to meet the demands of the business and can be discussed further. You will be part of a dynamic and evolving schedule that ensures we offer amazing experiences every day.
