Escape Room Parttime/game Attendant/customer Service
Job Description
VR Escapism is the escape company that combines Virtual Reality with Escape Room in Toronto. We run virtual reality game and entertainment room in its best innovation. We also host birthday party and company event. We are looking for a patient, outgoing and responsible person to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greeting and provide brief description of our games to customers
Cash out by using POS machine
Help customers to put on equipment
Operate computers to start the game
Monitor game progress
Solve technical issue
Keep the store clean
Answer phone call and reply email
Requirement:
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Able to work independently
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to deal with emergency situation
Fluent in English
Training will be provided.
Salary: $17.2+tips (Tip pooling system)
Education:
Secondary School (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
