What this job involves:



Join us as Vice President, Office and Industrial Leasing and become part of a team driving property results and creating value for a dynamic group of institutional clients and their property portfolios. !

Reporting directly to our Executive Managing Director of Property Management, you'll be part of an experienced management team working with clients and broker partners to create leasing strategies that unlock revenue potential and transform the office and industrial real estate we manage across Canada.

Your professionalism and industry relationships will be a key factor in supporting our clients' strategic objectives. You will be known in the industry for your integrity, creativity and dedication to the highest level of service. Together, our dedicated team will deliver industry leading results and grow JLL's property management platform.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Lead Office & Industrial leasing operations with focus on revenue growth, cost management, and strategic planning

Drive business development through client relationship management and deal execution on national and regional mandates

Manage leasing and renewals for office/industrial space for clients to maximize ROI while maintaining budget consistency

Develop revenue budgets and strategic plans for all portfolios in partnership with clients and ownership groups

Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders across Canada

Serve as JLL ambassador and subject matter expert in the real estate community

Coordinate with internal teams including PM Operations, PDS, and Legal Departments

Lead recruitment of top leasing talent and champion diversity & inclusion initiatives

Mentor, coach, and develop team members to drive career growth and build high-performance culture

Oversee team expansion across Canada



Required Qualifications:



10+ years leading office and industrial leasing operations with proven success managing large portfolios and driving revenue growth.

Strong track record building relationships with national/regional clients and brokers, leading complex negotiations, and driving measurable business development results.

Experience developing revenue budgets, managing P&L responsibilities, and implementing strategies that optimize ROI across commercial real estate portfolios.

Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop leasing professionals while building high-performance cultures and implementing training programs.

Deep knowledge of Canadian commercial real estate markets with active participation in professional organizations and ability to represent JLL as an industry expert.
