Locally owned mixed (small and large animal) veterinary practice looking for an energetic, responsible, and motivated individual to join our team in Kingston, Ontario. The selected candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a busy hospital setting as part of a team or independently as required.

This is a full time position from Monday to Friday. As one of our client care representatives / veterinary assistants, your responsibilities will include customer interaction over the phone and in person at the clinic. This will include scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging appointments, handling payments, as well as occasionally assisting veterinarians and technicians with patient care, filling prescriptions, light cleaning duties, and other responsibilities.

Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic preferred. Knowledge and familiarity with both large and small animal species will be considered an asset.
