Join Our Team - Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist)

Bridgeway Veterinary Specialists of Vancouver is a referral surgical hospital where we treat every pet like our own--and we're looking for a friendly, experienced Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Preferred:

Previous veterinary experience is ideal. However, for candidates who can clearly demonstrate a strong customer service background, a genuine passion to grow in the veterinary field, and transferable skills, we are willing to consider your application. As part of our front desk team, you'll play a key role in supporting pet parents through the surgical referral process with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets with warmth and empathy Schedule appointments and manage phone/email communication Guide clients through procedures, referrals, and hospital policies Process payments and maintain accurate records Work closely with our surgical team to ensure seamless care

What We're Looking For:

Veterinary reception or client service experience (referral/specialty preferred) Clear, compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Passionate about animals and the human-animal bond
