We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Duties
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the clinic.
Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care advice.
Process patient records, maintain accurate files, and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks when necessary, including sample collection and preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to provide a pleasant environment for clients.
Educate clients on preventive care, vaccination schedules, and other essential pet health information.
