Blue Cross is a well-established veterinary clinic in busy downtown Hamilton. Our goal is to provide the best care possible to our patients within a nurturing and supportive work environment.
Looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Veterinary Assistant. Successful applicants will be able to multi-task in a busy clinic environment. Previous experience in an animal hospital would be considered an asset. Assistant duties include but are not limited to: cleaning all areas of the clinic, preparing tools for surgery, laundry, receiving shipments, cleaning of kennels and litters, re-filling supplies and assisting techs and doctors with animal restraint and monitoring. Must have regular weekday availability for fixed shifts that fall between 8am to 6pm, with the flexibility to cover additional hours when needed.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

Hamilton, ON L8P 1C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
