Our fast growing operation has an immediate opening for a Clinic Assistant to provide a blend of back end and front-desk support for our clinicians.

This position requires schedule flexibility and availability with short notices. Our clinic opens 8am-8pm Monday-Fridays and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Schedule commitments will include combinations of mornings, afternoons and Saturday shifts. The position demands both physical and mental ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring constant switching of workflow between front end (client facing) and back end clinical support/housekeeping) tasks, to meet a rapid change in the clinic's demand. What we require of you
Excellent people and customer service skills with demonstrable understanding of patient experience principles.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring ability to switch workflow between front end client facing to back end clinical support, to meet a rapidly change in the clinic's demand.
Ability and commitment to assist the clinic's therapists with various tasks including preparation and application of treatment modalities (hot/cold) packs, Laser and ultrasound
Sanitising treatment tables and equipment after each use, restocking clinic supplies, Organising treatment area and stocking laundries as needed.
This role will be well suited for someone with previous experience working in a therapy, rehab or multidisciplinary clinic.
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision .
Excellent telephone skills with outstanding ability to communicate with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders.
Highly organised, attentive to details and results oriented with ability to multitask.
Committed to self improvement and being willing to contribute to the clinic quality improvement process.
High level computer skills and are comfortable learning new programs/systems. Previous experience using EMR Software will be a strong asset.
