The Role
We are seeking a
part-time Pharmacy & Clinic Assistant
to join our team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that supports both our
pharmacy operations
(including Academy, River Terrace, and other pharmacy sites) and our
clinics
(including Sports Medicine and Waterfront Addiction Medicine).

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Pharmacy Support
Data entry in Kroll and prescription processing
Counting, filling, and blister packaging prescriptions
Operating the till, ringing in transactions, and managing cash
Assisting with medsync, autofill, and prescription delivery coordination
Maintaining accurate inventory, ordering, and restocking
Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining site optics to Oak's standards of professionalism and care
Clinic Support
Supporting front desk operations in our Sports Medicine and Waterfront Addiction Medicine Clinics
Assisting patients with scheduling, check-in, and administrative support in JaneApp and PatientVu
Preparing patient kits and managing clinic supplies
Supporting providers and ensuring smooth patient flow
Learning specific workflows unique to each clinic site
Customer Service
Providing every patient with a warm, friendly, and professional experience
Greeting patients in person and by phone with standardized Oak scripts
Offering assistance beyond the basics - anticipating patient needs and going above and beyond whenever possible
Acting as an ambassador for Oak Medical Arts in every interaction - representing our local, patient-first philosophy
Training & Growth
You will be trained and gradually cross-trained at each Oak site - including Academy, River Terrace, Sports Medicine, and Waterfront - with the goal of being a versatile and capable support across all locations.
No two days will be the same. You'll learn skills across pharmacy, clinic, and administrative support, making this role a stepping stone to long-term growth within our organization.
Hours
Part-time, daytime hours
Typical schedule:
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Schedule would be created in advance, sometimes may be more than part-time to account for staff holidays, etc.
Flexibility to support multiple locations as required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
