We're looking for a Clinic Assistant (independent-contractor) to help create a warm, organized, and professional environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care Manage appointments, reminders, and payments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure PHIPA compliance Support practitioners with scheduling and admin tasks Handle phone, email, and in-person communications Help with light marketing and community events Assist with laundry, cleaning, and office organization
Who You Are:

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly communicator who enjoys helping others Comfortable with technology Previous healthcare or clinic experience preferred, not required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
