Venue Sales Coordinator

to drive

event sales, group bookings, and private party revenue

across our high-profile nightlife venues. If you excel at building relationships, closing deals, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is the role for you.

About the Role



As our

Venue Sales Coordinator

, you'll take ownership of

venue sales and event coordination

within a portfolio of exciting nightlife destinations. You'll work with

corporate clients, social planners, and hospitality partners

to deliver dynamic, well-executed events -- from VIP celebrations to large-scale buyouts.

This role combines

direct sales, event planning, and relationship management

. You'll partner with our General Managers and Director of Venue Operations to maximize bookings, fill venue calendars, and ensure every event reflects the energy and excellence of our brand.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

event sales and venue bookings

through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound lead management Develop and maintain

client relationships

with corporate groups, event planners, and local businesses Create

customized sales packages and proposals

that align with client needs and brand standards Negotiate and execute

event contracts

, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Coordinate event details including space layout, catering, timelines, and client communication Partner with venue operations teams to ensure flawless

event execution and guest satisfaction

Attend local hospitality and nightlife events to

build brand awareness and generate leads

Track

sales performance and revenue growth

using internal tools and reporting systems

Qualifications



3+ years of experience

in

event sales, hospitality sales, nightlife sales, or venue management

Proven ability to

meet and exceed sales goals

in a fast-paced environment Excellent

communication, organization, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of

hospitality, entertainment, and event planning

Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with CRM or event management tools (e.g., TripleSeat, Airtable) Flexible availability -- must be able to work

evenings, weekends, and peak event hours


Preferred Experience



Background in

hospitality or nightlife venues

such as bars, lounges, or entertainment spaces Experience creating

sales campaigns

or

marketing initiatives

targeting group bookings Knowledge of the local nightlife and hospitality market Interest in

music, food, pop culture, or live entertainment
