Hours: Full time (40 Hours Per Week)
We are open 7 days a week and are hiring for a rotating shift:
Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm and 11:30am- 8:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am- 5:30pm
The 5-week training period will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmStarting Wage: $19 Per HourStart Date: October 3, 2022

David, the company's founder, started this venture 17 years ago. We have grown from a 'One Man Show' to about 50 employees. Our team members begin as Vacation Coordinators and develop into more extensive roles such as Senior Vacation Coordinators, Lead Vacation Coordinators, Social Media Specialists, Cruise Specialists, Team Leaders, Recruitment, Facilitators, and more. We promote from within!What Do We Do?Our business serves as a liaison between Disney timeshare Owners who are unable to use their allotted Vacation points, and guests looking to stay in a Disney Deluxe Resort at a reduced cost. We assist the Disney Vacation Club Owners to earn money back on their unused points while simultaneously helping the guests to save money on their Deluxe accommodations.What Are We Looking For?We are looking for someone who envisions themselves growing within our company. • You will be the first point of contact for our guests and DVC Owners. You'll be answering inbound telephone calls and responding to emails or chats daily.

• You will take the time needed with each customer to explain our processes and policies while also using your resourcefulness to gather and deliver accurate information in a cheerful manner.

• You will be performing data entry and making detailed notes within our internal administrative program. Strong technical competency will be required for this role as multiple programs will be in use synchronously.

• You will use lines of communication and other internal support systems to work closely within a team setting to collaboratively complete the customer interaction, whether renting out points or booking accommodations.
