Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a UX Writer who will collaborate with teams and project partners to determine the business objectives that drive content. The ideal candidate is an experienced designer and a storyteller who is at ease presenting and discussing work with design partners and stakeholders and has hands-on experience with Chatbot.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the UX Writing and Content Design projects you are assigned
Obtain competitive experience evaluations and customer data to establish benchmarks for content strategy and design * Make recommendations on requirements for projects and contribute to project scoping and planning
  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers, accessibility specialists, technical consultants, developers, quality engineers and legal
counsel to craft seamless customer experiences * Provide relevant and considered content strategy and write clear, accurate and compelling user interface content
  • Align to all content governance systems, workflows, and standards including brand style, tone and voice guidelines, to write and design in accordance with the client\xe2\x80\x99s design system
  • Present UX Writing and Content Design concepts in collaboration with fellow designers
  • Coordinate copy translation, approval documentation and final delivery of MCD artifact
  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Customer Experience team\xe2\x80\x99s culture
Desired Skill Set:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a User Experience Writer
  • 3-5 years of experience with conversational design or chatbot
  • Solid understanding of interactive design, usability principles and how content strategy contributes to user experience
  • Understanding of Human-Centred Design and related design disciplines
  • Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Collaborative, inclusive and a team player personality
  • Ability to adapt and operate within a highly dynamic and cross-functional business
  • Expert in change management and resourcefulness
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong aptitude for digital technologies
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Writing samples in a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of User Experience Writing abilities
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in a design-related discipline
  • Experience with financial digital products
  • Working knowledge of Scriptwriting
  • Exposure to Content Strategy
  • Knowledge of online marketing, advertising & other interactive experiences
  • Degree in writing (English) or design (UX, Content Management)
