UX Writer Overview:

The UX Writer is responsible for creating engaging content for various collateral, including direct mail, social media, and advertising. You will also be responsible for ensuring copy is aligned with brand standards and guidelines. The UX Writer will also generate compelling website and application copy.

UX Writer Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Write creative, effective UX copy for a variety of projects and business partners

\xc2\xb7 Deliver complete, error-free UX copy formatted in standardized UX copy template

\xc2\xb7 Effectively present and clearly communicate creative concepts internally

\xc2\xb7 Research and prepare written UX copy content for a variety of applications and programs such as social media, blog articles, print ads, media advertising, marketing collateral, and other assigned projects

\xc2\xb7 Participate and contribute in creative brainstorms and collaborative work with the Creative Team

\xc2\xb7 Remain current on emerging trends, implement design best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign metrics and performance

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop creative concepts and continually develop innovative campaigns

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the brand voice comes through clearly and consistently across every part of the customer journey

\xc2\xb7 Understand business partner objectives and apply them to copy

UX Writer Qualifications:

• 5+ years UX writing (microcopy, user flows etc.)
• Figma Experience
• Financial or Digital Product Experience
• Accessibility Copy Experience
