Conceive and create user-centric experiences that bring value to our customers.
You will convey design ideas through user flows, information architecture diagrams, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.
Build functional prototypes to validate your designs.
Participate in Design Reviews and model best practices for giving and receiving feedback.
Partner with fellow designers and trifecta partners to drive and promote design thinking principles and collaborate/iterate across functions to bring vision and strategy to fruition.Minimum Qualification:-
2-5 years of experience with appropriate commercial software and practice with human-centered design approaches.Design expertise that is data-driven and centered on addressing client problems.
Strong Figma working experience.
Current knowledge of best practices for human-centered design, including usability testing and user research techniques like user interviews.
Experience presenting solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from low-level wireframes or mock-ups to high-fidelity conceptual visuals and wireframes to technical documents and diagrams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities with direction and/or feedback from stakeholders, leadership, and teammates.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development teams and product managers to deliver usable and desired value to customers.
