Responsibilities:

Assist with processing suite and common area utility bills for payment in our Boardwalk proprietary system Assist with service provider inquiries, hook-ups and disconnects Assist with utility account reviews and reconciliations Assist with other duties as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma Experience in real estate property management or utilities billing and payables preferred

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency with Office 365 (particularly with Excel) Comfortable working in a computer environment

Non-Technical Requirements:

Attention to detail Good oral and written communication skills are key Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment Ability to prioritize workload Good organizational and analytical skills Ability to adapt to new and changing environments Demonstrates a positive attitude and good team working skills Takes initiatives to help in other function areas Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
