WHY DO WE NEED YOU?



The primary responsibility of a User & Site Support Analyst (Level 2) is to assist Saint Gobain employees at both Headquarter and Field locations with daily PC issues and provide support to the service desk.



The User & Site Support Analyst (Level 2) will be tasked with configuring new PC infrastructure equipment, as well as maintaining and ensuring the proper functionality of existing PC infrastructure for Saint Gobain employees at their designated locations.



Additionally, they will serve as the remote eyes and hands for other SGTS teams to support local infrastructure needs at field locations. The User & Site Support Analyst (Level 2) will be the first escalation for the ITSM vendor.

Main Responsibilities:




Technical Support:

Assist Saint-Gobain employees with daily PC issues and provide support to the service desk.

Configuration and Maintenance:

Configure new IT equipment and maintain the functionality of existing infrastructure.

Onsite Interventions:

Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for users.

Remote Support:

Act as the remote eyes and hands for SGTS teams to support local infrastructure needs.

Incident Management and Documentation:

Document interventions and contribute to the knowledge base.

The profile:




Associate or bachelor's degree (technical or business-related) is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in PC and/or IT management. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft Office/M365, ServiceNow Ability to influence others without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Repetitive tasks requiring flexibility to handle non-standard requests. Judgment needed to balance workload and deadlines while maintaining service quality. Service interruptions can significantly impact the ability to serve internal and external customers. Access to confidential information, adherence to security policies is crucial. Interaction with various service providers and internal functions. Dexterity of hands to operate computer tools. Occasional inspection of cables. Transporting moderately heavy objects. Occasional travel (11 to 25%).
