We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their vehicle needs. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences while highlighting key features and benefits. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to drive sales. Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in outside sales initiatives, including community events and promotions, to generate leads and increase visibility for the dealership. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and dealership inventory to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory; however, strong customer service skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts. A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly desirable.
