Summary

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for finding great vehicles at great prices? We're looking for a Used Car Manager to join our team where we are looking to scale our pre-owned vehicle lot.

The role of our Used Car Sales Manager is primarily to manage the inventory, sales, and
acquisition of the vehicles, in our used car departments. It is the
responsibility of the Used Car Manager to ensure the profitability and
inventory of the used car departments, in conjunction with the Dealer Principal
and General Sales Manager. As well, excellent administration skills are vital
to this role (as it is imperative) to properly measure the success of the
businesses. In addition, our Used Car Manager will be responsible for all
merchandising of the used inventory, together with the General Sales Manager.

Skills and traits we're looking for:

Understanding of the used car market, pricing, and strategies

Ability to acquire used vehicles through different channels

Understanding of inventory levels, and how it relates to the
overall success of the businesses

Understanding of the financial metrics that make up the used car
department

Be Process Oriented

Ability to learn and adhere to an established sales process

Excellent administration skills

Positive & motivational personality

Ability to merchandise used vehicles online and in-store

Understanding of the financial services department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
