experienced Used Car Sales Manager

to lead our high-performing team at

What You'll Do:

Oversee vehicle appraisals, buying decisions, and vAuto market analysis Purchase vehicles from Open lane, trade rev, auctions Manage inventory, pricing & stay competitive in the market Use data to stay competitive with

calculated price drops

and smart pricing strategies Lead, train & motivate a top-performing used car sales team Set clear sales goals & hold the team accountable Oversee the customer journey from first contact to delivery Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism Track market trends & stay ahead of the competition

What You Bring:

Oversee vehicle appraisals, buying decisions, and vAuto market analysis

Expert knowledge with Open lane/trade rev and vAuto

2-3+ years in a Used Car Sales Manager role Hitting & exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and communication skills Competitive pricing strategies Skilled in used car acquisition, appraisals, and inventory management Ability to analyze market data and adjust pricing to maintain a competitive edge Valid OMVIC license
