About the Role:
Northway Ford Lincoln is growing -- and so is our used car department. We're looking for a motivated
Used Car Sales Advisor
who knows how to build trust, uncover needs, and match customers with the right vehicle from our pre-loved lot. If you're someone who loves a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to move product without the pressure tactics, we want to talk.What You'll Do:
Guide customers through the pre-owned buying process from test drive to delivery Maintain deep product knowledge on our used inventory (and stay quick on trade-in values) Collaborate with our appraisal and finance teams to create seamless transactions Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships with transparency and care Hit monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals
What You Bring:
Previous automotive sales experience (used car experience preferred) Strong knowledge of the used car market and ability to speak to value and reliability Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Valid OMVIC license and clean driver's abstract

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
