Powder Coater
to join our growing team. As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in applying high-quality powder coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring durability and meeting industry standards. If you have experience in mechanical processes and working with specialized coating equipment, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation:
Clean, sand, or mask surfaces as necessary to prepare for coating.Powder Coating Application:
Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens, to apply coatings evenly.Quality Control:
Monitor the coating process to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards and specifications.Routine Maintenance:
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with coating equipment.Post-Coating Assembly:
Collaborate with team members to assemble parts after coating and meet production deadlines.Workplace Organization:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekends as needed
