What You'll Do

Prep and powder coat our hand made products, ensuring a high-quality finish

Take pride in maintaining the high standard our customers know and expect

Work independently to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision

Handle materials, transport, load/unload parts, and ensure proper coating coverage

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

What You Need

A valid driver's license and ability to safely tow a small trailer

Physical fitness, you'll be lifting and moving 50+ lbs regularly

Confidence working alone and staying on task without constant direction

Interest in a 4-day work week

Must be a dog person - we've got shop dogs, and they'll be your coworkers too

A mechanical mindset - if you've modified a truck (or any vehicle), that's a big plus!
