Job Description
Powder Coater / General Labour position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn proper technique.
The successful candidate will be provided the training necessary to develop into a trained powder coat technician.

DUTIES:
Assist the Lead Coater with the transport of goods through the shop.
Carefully pack finished customer goods for shipping.
Identify and source required powder for jobs in the schedule.
Talk with teammates to keep production flowing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of reading and writing in English.
Able to safely lift to 50lbs.
Not thrown off by shifting schedule and multiple projects in a day.
Actively engage in problem-solving, not problem naming.
Effective at time management.
Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
Skills that would be an asset would be the following:
o Ability to work independently a to also work well with others
o Attention to detail and quality would be an asset
o Powder coating knowledge would be an asset
o Ability to deal with customers/fellow employees
Education Required:
Valid License
Any additional training such as WHMIS, Fork Lift, Work Place Harassment, PPE training would be a significant asset but are willing to train if necessary.
