Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in both classroom and practical driving settings. Your role will involve educating students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and preparing them for their driver's license exams.

Duties: - Provide one-on-one behind-the-wheel instruction to students - Teach students how to operate vehicles safely and confidently in various driving conditions - Demonstrate proper driving techniques and maneuvers - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Administer practice exams to prepare students for their driver's license exams - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a Driving Instructor or similar role - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively teach and explain complex concepts - Patient and calm demeanor when working with students of varying skill levels - Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in driver education or related field preferred Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications - Flexible work schedule with part-time or full-time options available - Opportunities for career advancement within our organization If you are passionate about educating others on safe driving practices and helping individuals become confident drivers, we encourage you to apply for the position of Driving Instructor.
