Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching individuals how to operate a vehicle safely and effectively while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in a classroom setting as well as during behind-the-wheel instruction.

Duties

Provide hands-on driving lessons, guiding students through practical driving exercises in various conditions. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure student engagement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations. Ensure the safety of all students during lessons by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Skills

Strong tutoring and teaching abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively. Prior classroom experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage groups of students effectively. Patience and adaptability in working with diverse learners at different skill levels. Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
