Unlicensed Real Estate / Property Management Assistant (Administration)

? Requirements:
Must own a valid driver's license
Prior driving experience is preferred
Must be eligible to work in Canada
? Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Scheduling and attending coordination (showings, inspections, property presentations, etc.)
Property management support (scheduling, tenant coordination, documentation, compliance)
Real estate administration support (documents, file organization, data entry)
Maintaining all listing and property files, updating client/tenant databases, sustaining file systems in place
Supporting open houses and showings when required
? Qualifications and Fit:
Minimum 1-2year of experience in administration, real estate assistance, or property management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and highly responsible
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, file organization, etc.)
Must be presentable and professional in client-facing situations
