Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.

Skills

Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is highly desirable. Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems for effective monitoring. Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during extended periods. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and interaction with others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
