Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Security Guard, where your vigilance and commitment will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety of our premises, employees, and visitors. Your proactive approach to security will help deter incidents and protect our assets while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

What you'll do

Monitor and authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel to ensure secure entry to the facility. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify any potential security risks or safety hazards. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage within the facility. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing effective conflict management techniques. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences during your shift. Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of all individuals on site.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict situations effectively. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not currently certified. Security Guard License. Car required

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
