This position will support the industrial division within Trojan Technologies. Ideal candidates are based in either London or Guelph, Ontario. Areas between these locations may also be considered. Position Summary Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. Accountabilities Commercial Execution

  • Main point of contact for Customers, Consultant Engineers, Regulatory Agencies, Contractors and Representatives.
  • Responsible for system sizing, pricing and negotiation of PO/agreement/contract terms and conditions.
Channel Partner Management
  • Establishes and maintains effective day to day operational relationships with channel partners, agents, OEM\xe2\x80\x99s within the assigned territory.
  • Works with Representatives to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are understood, constantly in view and met (if not exceeded) for the assigned territory.
Plan and Forecast Management
  • Accountable for development and achieving in forecasting quarterly, annual & long-term territory, PO and Bid volumes.
  • Develop annual comprehensive territory plan for each Representative firm through the identification of trends, and opportunities in the local market.
Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary education plus 5 years of relevant technical sales management and marketing experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans. Preference for a strong Engineering Background.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
  • Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).
