We are looking for a Heavy Duty Regional Sales Manager in the commercial vehicle industry for Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Reporting to the VP of Heavy Duty, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Prospect and develop new accounts to build and grow your region.
  • Manage existing B2B accounts within your region, ensuring quality, long-term trusting business relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a solutions-oriented partnership utilizing our internal resources with your customers.
  • Seek out continuous professional development and growth to ensure you are staying on top of industry trends (including but not limited to sales strategies, product demos, and business solutions).
  • Maintain a dynamic customer list and ensure continuous follow up with customers to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Utilize our Salesforce CRM system to provide accurate daily data for our manufacturers.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team environment through personal actions, exceeding monthly targets, and a commitment to company values.
The Knowledge and Experience you bring to the role:
  • Completion of a High School Diploma is required, a post-secondary education in business or related subject is considered an asset.
  • Must possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract.
  • 1-3 years in a sales role related to the HD commercial vehicle industry is an asset.
  • A high level of alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate values such as collaboration, integrity, respect, and achievement.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset: a passion that is led through continuous learning, and willingness to push for crucial conversations and create new opportunities to support both our manufacturers and heavy duty distributors.
  • Highly driven to reach and surpass personal & territory sales goals.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.

Schedule:
  • Salary-based, the standard work week is Monday - Friday (industry events may require weekend tradeshow work)
Supplemental pay types:

Work Location: Mobile, making sales calls to OE HD vehicle manufacturers and HD distributor clients across British Columbia. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
