TRAVEL COORDINATOR - DATABASE LOADING - WORK FROM HOME
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Philippines REMOTE

Purpose: This position deals with product managers and suppliers and our contracts with them. Your main responsibility is to load contracts into our database and to help keep the database up to date.
Responsibilities
- Review terms and conditions of contracts, pinpoint any potential problem areas and handle in pro-active manner
- Ensure all rates are loaded in the database correctly
- Ensure all package costs are finalized for Wholesalers by deadlines set
- Load and maintain allocations
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager.
Personal Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer and written skills
- Good destination knowledge a plus
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure
