Customer Service - Dealing with customers questions, concerns, and requirements regarding travel arrangements The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Fluent in English.
• one years travel industry experience or Collage - university graduated in tourism are welcome.
• TICO will be asked to provide at interview
• Call Centre experience is an asset.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
• Strong Influencing skills
• Pleasant and professional phone manner and customer service orientation
• Good computer skills required (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
• Ability to handle customer issues & complaints
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work shift hours -- evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is an excellent, full time, long term position with a company. The position is located in Toronto up town ( Thornhill - Yonge and steels is major intersection ,closed to the office) and is easily accessible by free parking is available.
