As a Travel Agent, no two days are every the same! You will use your knowledge to service our client members with their lifestyle travel needs. This will include all types of travel arrangements from booking airline, hotel, cruise, packages, tours and creating those once in a lifetime bespoke experiences for our valued members. Working within our unique office and global atmosphere you will gain the knowledge you need to be successful. Requirements

• Must be fluent in French.
• Must be TICO certified and/or and expert in Canadian tourism
• A minimum of 3 years recent experience booking domestic and international travel
• Domestic and international destination knowledge, including knowledge of local markets and customer trends
• Ultra High Net Work customer experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service
• Attention to detail when working under pressure
• Ability to deal with ever changing priorities
• Verbal communication skills and strong written skills are essential, customer interaction will be on the phone, email and creating member proposals
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Most importantly enthusiasm for travel
